I am so very, very sorry to report the passing of a friend and colleague, Professor Mike Lewis of Ohio Northern. Did you ever meet Mike? You'll remember him if you did. What a charming, smart, and good person he was. A former F-14 flight officer who graduated from Top Gun, and then a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law, Mike did not lack for impressive accomplishments. I am so happy I got the chance to know him as we ran into teach other at various national security law conferences over the years. Everyone enjoyed Mike's company so much, and greatly appreciated and benefitted from his scholarship. It is hard to believe he is gone, and my prayers go out to his family and friends.
