Lest anyone think that only DC-area graffiti artists care about liberty and security issues, here is a picture I took about a month ago here in Austin: That's right: "No Warrant-- NO SEARCH!"  No doubt written by someone who disliked the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court of Review's decision in In re Sealed Case, though why they put this under the Hooters sign, of all places, is unclear....
