We’re back in the dark room staring at a wall. The Wall today is playing host to the Al-Nashiri marathon--a three day orgy of pre-trial motions on everything from shackling to the history of conspiracy as a war crime. This is going to be a packed hearing. There are a lot of motions on the docket--though some of them may be moot already. And several of them are big deals. Stay tuned, all you military commissions nerds. This is going to be fun.
