The Department of Justice has released the Office of Legal Counsel memo assessing the legality of President Trump's executive order banning entry into the United States by refugees and immigrants from seven majority-Muslim countries.

The Department of Justice has released the Office of Legal Counsel memo assessing the legality of President Trump's executive order banning entry into the United States by refugees and immigrants from seven majority-Muslim countries. The memo is available here and is also included below.

The memorandum by White House counsel Don McGahn to the State Department clarifying that green card holders will no longer be included under the order is also included below.
