SCOTUS to Hear Trump's Immunity Claim
The Supreme Court takes up Trump's presidential immunity defense.

On Feb. 28, the Supreme Court granted former President Trump's writ of certiorari in his appeal of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit's rejection of his presidential immunity defense in the Jan. 6 case. Oral arguments will be held during the week of April 22, 2024.
