Senate Judiciary Committee Holds Hearing on Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act, COVID-19 and China

On Tuesday, June 23, at 2:30 p.m., the Senate Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act, coronavirus and China's culpability. The committee will hear testimony from: Lynn Fitch, Attorney General of Mississippi; Russell Miller, Professor of Law at Washington and Lee University School of Law; and Chimène Keitner, Professor of International Law at UC Hastings Law San Francisco.
