Statement of NSC Ukraine Expert on the Zelensky Call

Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman, a U.S. Army officer and the top Ukraine expert on the National Security Council, will appear before the House impeachment inquiry on Tuesday. He will report that he raised concerns about President Donald Trump's July 25 call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, which is at the center of the House's investigation.
