A while back, Jack asked a student named Samantha Goldstein to help him assemble some resources on targeted killing. The resulting bibliography has expanded over time, and we have decided to post it as a resource for people interested in getting up to speed quickly on the subject or in doing research on specific areas within it. Samantha has agreed to curate the page, keep it current as new articles come out, and add annotations to make it more useful.

Samantha has agreed to curate the page, keep it current as new articles come out, and add annotations to make it more useful. Samantha has also been working on the targeted killing section of the Lawfare Wiki Document Library. We will fold this page into that larger project, as it heads towards launch, but I thought I would make this available now, considering how useful it is likely to be to students, researchers, and journalists.
