BBC News reports that the European Court of Human Rights has agreed to the extradition of Abu Hamza---the Muslim cleric accused of planning a terrorist training camp in the United States---as well as four other U.K. terrorism suspects to America.

BBC News reports that the European Court of Human Rights has agreed to the extradition of Abu Hamza---the Muslim cleric accused of planning a terrorist training camp in the United States---as well as four other U.K. terrorism suspects to America.

Marisa L. Porges, a fellow at the Belfer Center at Harvard University, argues in this op-ed in the New York Times that killing terrorists is not a viable long-term approach to waging the War on Terror.

From the Department of Never-ending Debate: David Zucchino of the Los Angeles Times informs us that a new Stanford-NYU report entitled Living Under Drones argues that “far more civilians have been killed by U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan's tribal areas than U.S. counter-terrorism officials have acknowledged. . . and also concludes that the classified CIA program has not made America any safer.” Here is the BBC on the report.
