Not a lot in the headlines the past couple of days. Josh Gerstein at the Politico reports that the CIA is conducting an internal review of its relationship with the NYPD. This inquiry is in response to a report last month that the Police Department's intelligence division, run by a veteran of the CIA, adopted tactics from the CIA. GWU's National Security Archive released a collection of documents detailing the U.S. government's response to the 9/11 attacks. The Washington Post's Jason Ukman reports, and you can access the archive here. The LA Times' Brian Bennett discusses the use of drones in domestic security matters such as border patrol and wildfire monitoring.
