Transcript of First Conversation between Trump and Zelensky in April

The White House released a rough transcript of a phone call between President Trump and President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine from April 21, 2019. Trump made this call to congratulate Zelensky on his election victory. The transcript of the July 25 call can be read here. The newly released April transcript can be found here and below.
