With the end of the Obama administration and the beginning of the Trump administration, activity has picked up in Guantanamo litigation regarding the SSCI "torture report." Several weeks ago, I flagged that in the Nashiri habeas case in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the Department of Justice had filed a partial motion for reconsideration and clarification in response to an order from Judge Royce Lamberth to deposit a copy of the report with the court. Lamberth denied the motion and reiterated his order to hand over the report.

Now, it appears that DOJ has finally provided the court with a "complete and unredacted" copy of the document in question. Notice of the deposit is available here and is also included below.
