Conference on Emerging Trends in Modern Warfare

The first panel is going to focus on the practical operational considerations that are necessary when people from the military, law enforcement, and intelligence work together and how this convergence is actually working in the field. The second panel is going to focus on the Constitutional, International Humanitarian Law, and the Law of Armed Conflict issues that arise when these components operate together overseas.
