U.S. Moves to Dismiss Case Against Company Linked to IRA Troll Farm

The Justice Department has filed a motion to dismiss the criminal charge against Concord Management and Consulting, the company linked to the Internet Research Agency troll farm and indicted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller. "Further proceedings as to Concord, a Russian company with no presence in the United States and no exposure to meaningful punishment in the event of a conviction, promotes neither the interests of justice nor the nation’s security," the motion states.
