- Wed, March 26 at 10 am: The Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Government Affairs hosts a hearing on “Strengthening the Public-Private Partnership to Reduce Cyber Risks to our Nation's Critical Infrastructure.” Witnesses include Phyllis A. Schneck, Donna Dodson, Stephen L. Caldwell, Elayne Starkey, David M. Velazquez, Doug Johnson and Steven R. Chabinsky.
- Wed, March 26 at 1 pm: Georgetown Law's Center on National Security and the Law and National Security Law Society hosts “Cyber Vigilantism and Self-Defense: The Legal and Policy Implications of Hacking Back.” Speakers include John M. (Mike) McConnell, Jason Weinstein, Kimberly Peretti, Shane McGee and Mary DeRosa.
- Wed, March 26 at 3 pm: George Mason Law's National Security Law Journal hosts "Safe and Surveilled." Former Attorney General Michael Mukasey will deliver the keynote address, followed by a debate between Robert Turner and Stephen Vladeck.
- Fri, March 28 at 10 am: Washington College of Law's Business Law Review hosts a full-day symposium on "Corporate Counterterrorism: The Role of Private Companies in National Security." Assistant Attorney General John Carlin will deliver the keynote address, and speakers include our own Ben, Paul, Steve as well as Mary Ellen Callahan, Laura Donohue, Ben Powell, Jennifer Valentino-DeVries, Andrew Weissmann, Nate Jones, Anne Neuberger, Richard Salgado, Michael J.
