Monday, February 9th at 2 pm: The US Institute of Peace will host a panel discussion to explore the deteriorating India-Pakistan bilateral relationship, the broader ramifications for the Asia-Pacific, and how policymakers can begin Repairing the India-Pakistan Rift. Tuesday, February 10th: Oral arguments resume in al Nashiri. Tuesday, February 10th at 9:30 am: Michele Flournoy and Eric Edelman, both former Under Secretaries of Defense for Policy, will testify in the Senate Armed Services Committee on current Global Challenges and US National Security Strategy. Tuesday, February 10th at 12:45 pm: The Wilson Center will host Lisa Monaco, Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, for a keynote speech on Cyber Threats and Vulnerabilities: Securing America's Most Important Assets. The speech will preview the Administration's plans for preventing state and non-state attacks. RSVP. Wednesday, February 11th: The Journal of National Security Law and Policy at Georgetown Law will hold its 2015 symposium entitled Trial & Terrorism: The Implications of Trying National Security Cases in Article III Courts.
