White House Letter on Dec. 4 Impeachment Hearing

On Dec. 1, the president's counsel Pat Cipollone sent a letter to House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler regarding the impeachment inquiry. The letter indicates that the White House will not participate in the upcoming Judiciary Committee impeachment hearing on Dec. 4 but leaves open this possibility for future hearings.
