Here is the Winter 2023 supplement for Bradley, Deeks, & Goldsmith, Foreign Relations Law: Cases and Materials (7th ed. 2020). This supplement covers, among other things, foreign relations law issues implicated by the U.S. actions taken in response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine; the Biden administration’s reversal of various Trump administration foreign policies; recent legislation concerning the reporting and publication of executive agreements and nonbinding commitments; legislation attempting to restrict presidential withdrawal from NATO; the Supreme Court’s decision in Turkiye Halk Bankasi A.S. v. United States, which held that the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act does not apply to criminal cases; the Court’s decision in Abitron Austria GmbH v.
