Conversation at the Rosenzweig breakfast table this morning:
Wife: "That's just dreaming."
Me: "What?"

Apparently, the US has been giving the Chinese briefings on "the Pentagon’s doctrine for defending against cyberattacks against the United States — and for using its cybertechnology against adversaries, including the Chinese." As the Times dryly notes: "So far, the Chinese have not reciprocated."
On a related point -- I'm all for secrecy about military doctrine in this domain. I'd never have done what we are said to have done. But if we are briefing the PLA, perhaps we might share the same briefing with the US public?
