Arona Baigal

Arona Baigal is a Research Assistant for both the Securing U.S. Democracy Initiative and the Middle East Security Program at the Center for a New American Security (CNAS). Prior to joining CNAS, Baigal interned for the Department of State, the University of Maryland’s Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security, and the Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Protective Service. She earned both a B.A. and an M.P.P. from the University of Maryland, College Park.
