Anne Boustead

Anne E. Boustead is an assistant professor in the School of Government & Public Policy at the University of Arizona, where she researches legal and policy issues related to cybersecurity, drug policy, and privacy. She is especially interested in identifying, measuring, and evaluating variation in law across U.S. states and localities. She has a Ph.D. from the Pardee RAND Graduate School, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
