Andreas Kuehn

Dr. Andreas Kuehn is a Senior Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation America. His research on cybersecurity policy, supply chain security, and emerging technology focuses on new risks and challenges for international security. He currently studies the role of technology alliances among like-minded, democratic states to manage strategic technology competition, specifically regarding 5G and semiconductors. He is based in California.
