Amanda L. Minikus is an active duty Marine judge advocate and graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (2006). She holds a J.D. from Cornell University (2015), an LL.M. in International Law and Comparative Law from Cornell University (2015), and an LL.M. in Military Law from TJAGLCS (2020).
