Alan Charles Raul

Raul is a Privacy and Cybersecurity partner in Sidley Austin LLP’s Washington, DC and New York offices. He previously served as Vice Chairman of the Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board, General Counsel of the Office of Management and Budget, and Associate Counsel to President Reagan, among other government positions. He also serves as a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School where he teaches a course on “Digital Governance: Privacy and Technology Trade-offs" and Senior Counsel at Sidley Austin LLP.
