Alex Wagner
Alex Wagner served in the Department of Defense for nearly seven years, most recently as Chief of Staff to the 22nd Secretary of the Army. In prior appointments in the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Alex helped shape the development and implementation of DoD policies where the law is either unclear or undefined, specifically on drones, detention, landmines, and autonomy in weapon systems.
Previously, Alex worked at Uber Technologies, as the principal staffer responsible for managing Obama for America's 150-member National LGBT Steering and Policy committee in 2008, and as an attorney at K&L Gates in Seattle.
