Bradley A. Brooker

Bradley A. Brooker is currently the Acting General Counsel for the Office of the U.S. Director of National Intelligence (ODNI). Since joining the Office of General Counsel in 2008, Mr. Brooker has provided legal advice and counsel on a range of national security matters, including intelligence oversight and compliance; implementation of electronic surveillance programs; privacy and civil liberties; congressional oversight; and Intelligence Community policy and management. He previously worked as an associate at an international law firm and clerked for the Honorable Eric T. Washington, of the D.C. Court of Appeals and the Honorable Reggie B. Walton of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
