Cesar Lopez-Morales

Cesar Lopez-Morales is a senior associate in Orrick, Herrington and Sutcliffe’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation practice, where he specializes on high-stakes appeals and critical motions at the trial and appellate levels and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Prior to Orrick, he worked on national security matters as an attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Civil Division, Federal Programs Branch, and also served as a law clerk to three federal judges (including then-Presiding Judges of the FISA Court and the FISC-R).
