Charlie Martel

Charlie Martel served as Chief Investigative Counsel with the Senate Subcommittee on Disaster Recovery and Counsel with the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. He will be a Visiting Professor at the University of Maryland Carey School of Law this year, and taught national security legislation in a previous law school appointment.
