Charlotte A. Tschider

Charlotte Tschider is an associate professor at the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Professor Tschider is the author of International Cybersecurity and Privacy Law in Practice, 2d ed. (Wolters Kluwer 2018, 2023), Cybersecurity Law: An Interdisciplinary Problem (with David Thaw, Gus Hurwitz, and Derek Bambauer, West 2021), and Cyborg Health (with Dr. Krista Kennedy, forthcoming Cambridge University Press 2025). Professor Tschider regularly advises global private and public organizations on data protection, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence policy matters.
