Dakota S. Rudesill

Dakota S. Rudesill is a professor at the Moritz College of Law, The Ohio State University. He is a scholar, teacher, and practitioner of legislation and national security law and policy. His scholarship has been published in the Georgetown Law Journal, Harvard National Security Journal, and Washington University Law Review, among other publications. Prof. Rudesill has served in all three branches of government, including in the Intelligence Community and on the professional staff of the U.S. Senate Budget Committee.
