Emily O. Goldman

Emily O. Goldman serves as a cyber strategist at U.S. Cyber Command, where she led a team that wrote the 2018 Cyber Command vision statement, “Achieve and Maintain Cyberspace Superiority.” With Michael Fischerkeller and Richard Harknett, she co-authored “Cyber Persistence Theory: Redefining National Security in Cyberspace” (Oxford University Press 2022).
