Emily Kilcrease

Emily Kilcrease is Senior Fellow and Director of the Energy, Economics, and Security Program at the Center for a New American Security. Her research focuses on the U.S.-China economic relationship; alignment of national security objectives and economic policy; and the use of coercive economic statecraft. Ms. Kilcrease previously served as a Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative and held economics and national security positions with the National Security Council and the Department of Commerce.
