Eric Manpearl

Eric Manpearl clerked for the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia and was previously the Brumley Next Generation Senior Graduate Fellow in the Intelligence Studies Project at the Robert S. Strauss Center for International Security and Law. He holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, and B.A. from Rice University.
