Eli Scher-Zagier

Eli Scher-Zagier is a third-year JD student at Yale Law School. His research has focused on national security, cyberspace, and human rights, and his work is forthcoming in the Yale Law & Policy Review and the Yale Journal of Law & Technology. He is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis (BA) and Sciences Po Paris (master’s in international security).
