Eric Tirschwell

Eric Tirschwell is the Director of Litigation and National Enforcement Policy at Everytown for Gun Safety. He previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York and was co-chair of the White Collar and Investigations group at the Kramer Levin law firm in New York City. He is the co-author of the textbook "The Practice of Federal Criminal Law: Prosecution and Defense" and has published numerous articles on the Second Amendment, federal sentencing, and criminal justice reform. Eric is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Amherst College and served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge David Kenyon in Los Angeles.
