François Delerue

François Delerue is a researcher in international law and cyberdefense at the Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM—Institut de Recherche Stratégique de l’École Militaire) and an associate researcher at the Castex Chair of Cyberstrategy. He defended his Ph.D. on the application of international law to cyber operations at the European University Institute (EUI) in November 2016. He is currently conducting a research project at IRSEM on the French approach to the international law applicable to cyberdefense and cybersecurity.
