Fergus Hanson

Fergus Hanson is a nonresident fellow at the Brookings Institution and the author of “Internet Wars: The Struggle for Power in the 21st Century.” His research focuses on the applications of new technology to foreign policy. He has worked as a program director at the Lowy Institute, a diplomat, and a fellow at Cambridge University’s Lauterpacht Research Centre for International Law.
