Henrique Choer Moraes

Henrique Choer Moraes (@choermoraes) is a Brazilian diplomat and a PhD candidate at the Leuven Centre for Global Governance Studies (Belgium). He is the author of academic and policy work in the areas of international economic law and global economic governance, which mostly reflect his experience with economic diplomacy and strategic planning.
