Ilari Papa

Ilari Papa is a research assistant at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, where she examines China and great power competition in the Middle East. She is also a graduate student at Stanford University, where she will pursue a master’s degree in international policy at the Freeman Spogli Institute.
