Jakob Bund

Jakob Bund is a research associate at the University of Oxford’s Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre (GCSCC), focused on the analysis of national cybersecurity postures. In this capacity, he is working closely with governments, civil society and the private sector to support the inclusive development of national cybersecurity strategies. At the GCSCC, he is also leading the development of a Cyber Harm Framework to support nations in measuring the impact of cyber incidents. Previously, he worked at the EU Institute for Security Studies, where he co-coordinated the Chinese Future Task Force assessing international implications of China’s military modernization industrial policies.
