Jeff Colgan

Jeff Colgan is a professor of political science at Brown University and the Watson Institute of International and Public Affairs. His research focuses on energy geopolitics and he is the author of Petro-Aggression: When Oil Causes War (2013). He has a Ph.D. from Princeton University.
