John Conger

John Conger is senior advisor to the Council on Strategic Risks, director emeritus of the Center for Climate and Security and a senior U.S. Advisor to the International Military Council on Climate and Security. Formerly, Mr. Conger served in senior positions at the Department of Defense, including Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) and Acting Assistant Secretary of Defense (Energy, Installations and Environment).
