Jeremy K. Davis

Lt. Col. Davis is a U.S. Air Force judge advocate currently assigned as Military Professor and Associate Director for Airspace, Outer Space and Cyberspace Operations at the Stockton Center for International Law, U.S. Naval War College. Prior to joining the Stockton Center, the author most recently served as an attorney-adviser for political-military affairs at the U.S. Department of State.
