Jhalak M. Kakkar

Jhalak M. Kakkar is a visiting researcher at Harvard Law School. She holds an LLM from Harvard Law School, where she was a Fulbright-Nehru Masters Fellow, and an LLB from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, India. She works at the intersection of issues in democracy and technology.
