Julissa Milligan

Julissa Milligan is a 3L at Harvard Law School and an Editor-in-Chief of the Harvard National Security Journal. She has interned in the intelligence community and at the Justice Department. After graduating summa cum laude from Wheaton College in 2010 with a B.A. in international relations and mathematics minor, she spent three years researching foreign and defense policy at the American Enterprise Institute.
