John Moulton

Captain John Moulton, USN (Ret) is the Deputy Director of the Janne E. Nolan Center on Strategic Weapons, an institute of the Council on Strategic Risks. He previously served in the U.S. Navy as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician and Navy Diver.
