Keith S. Gibel

Keith S. Gibel is an active-duty captain in the U.S. Navy’s Judge Advocate General’s Corps and serves as a national security law professor at The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS) in Charlottesville, Virginia. He is pursuing a master’s degree in practical ethics with the University of Oxford.
