Kimberly Seiler

Kimberly Seiler received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as a Legal Writing Fellow, a Teaching Assistant for Constitutional Law, and a Judicial Intern for the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas. Her prior scholarship analyzes the intersection of ransomware cyberattacks and terrorism and is published in the Houston Journal of International Law.
