Maggie Smith

Maggie Smith, PhD is a US Army cyber officer currently assigned to the Army Cyber Institute (ACI) at the United States Military Academy where she is an assistant professor in the Department of Social Sciences and an affiliated faculty of the Modern War Institute (MWI). Maggie directs the Competition in Cyberspace Project, a joint initiative of ACI and MWI, and is an affiliated researcher and graduate faculty member of the University of Maryland’s National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism (START).
