Marcel Bucsescu

Marcel Bucsescu is executive director of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School. Bucsescu also serves as co-program director of The Conference Board Council of Chief Legal Officers, a peer network of corporate general counsels and chief legal officers.
